* Please note that the pre-congress on May 21st will take place at the Bellvitge Hospital and that on May 22nd at the Hospital Clinic.
** The registration fee for the Pre Congress Course (Bellvitge or Clinic Hospital) includes: hands on cadaver + coffee break + lunch. One specimen for every 2 people.
*** The registration fee for Participants (La Pedrera) includes: access to scientific sessions, access to the commercial exhibition area, congress documentation, coffee during breaks, and access to the “La Pedrera Night Experience” activity scheduled for May 24th, 2024. Please note that lunches are not included. Shortly, we will provide a list of nearby restaurants.

Any cancellation or alteration of your registration/activities must be notified in writing by email to Bco Congresos (miosmeetingeurope2024@bcocongresos.com). The following conditions will be applied:
- Cancellations until January 22nd, 2024: Refund of fees minus 25% administrative charge.
- Cancellations between January 13rd and March 15th, 2023: Refund of fees minus 50% administrative charge.
- Cancellations after March 16th, 2023: Refunds will unfortunately no longer be possible.
- All refunds will be processed after the congress.
